Job Description

The Network Operation Centre (NOC) has three main roles:

1. To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance
2. To provide support services for Engineering and other technical teams
3. To provision customer network services on core equipment

Responsibilities:

1. Fresher or 6-12 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role.
2. 
   
3. Manage and maintain the PubMatic’s Monitoring Systems.
4. Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on PubMatic’s systems and networks, handling escalation through to resolution).
5. Facilitate maintenance, downtimes and activity communication.
6. Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.
7. Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly about PubMatic own architecture and platforms.
8. Tier 1 Support for infrastructure and services
9. Participate in a 24x7 shift roster.
10. Fresher or 6-12 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role.
11. Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
12. Good monitoring and network diagnostic skills.
13. Basic Linux CLI skills.
14. Basic sysadmin skills.

Qualifications
